Duties and Responsibilities :
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Prepare timely and accurate Tanker disbursements in order to capture all possible income and facilitate collection in line with agreed credit terms.
- Verify service provider invoices.
- Perform job reconciliations.
- Archive closed job files.
- Coordinate operational matters relating to disbursement functions.
- Take care of various invoicing and template requirements, coordinate with suppliers for incoming invoices for timely ensuring a smooth billing process.
- Provide required information when requested and assist in resolving principal queries.
- Coordinate and support queries and finalization of disbursements.
- Assist departments in the account reconciliation process on a monthly basis.
- Monitor the authorized account reconciliation process.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
