Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
The candidate must be fluent in English.
Immediately available to join the job.
Serve as a liaison for HR teams and other cross functional groups.
Manage monthly headcount, organizational charts, and HR metrics for the brand.
Verifies and maintain I-9 documentation.
Develop and coordinate innovative internal communications for Human Resources.
Gather content and data for employee communications and draft deliverables for review by senior management.
Disseminate timely communication to employees through various internal channels on a consistent basis.
Maintains employee records and HR files (payroll, medical, HR general).
Process HR invoices; coordinating proper route for payment.
Revise HR forms, policies, and documents as needed.
The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
