Location: Sharjah - UAE

Job Responsibilities:
1.Diligent follow-up with the Sales Operations Team, official approvals & other objectives with timelines,
2.Collects information and provides regular updates regarding standard operating procedures, rules and regulations and any other new information that can impact company operations,
3.Manage meeting logistics, arranging, preparation for meetings, agenda, documents, minutes, actions and follow-ups as required.

Job Requirements:
1.At least 2-5 years of experience preferably in the same field FMCG,
2.Advanced MS Office specifically advance Excel & PowerPoint is a must,
3.Excellent written and oral and communication skills,
4.Excellent presentation skills and time management skills,
5.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Location: Dubai, Sharjah
Salary: 3000 – 4500 AED
