Location: UAE

We are looking for a candidate for IT Support position. They will be part of a team of highly talented information security engineers solving problems at all levels of the platform stack.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
– Ability to work independently
– Detailed knowledge and Experience of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, AD, vLANs, NAT, etc.
– Ability to follow through on assigned tasks with little guidance
– Ability to follow and enforce IT policies
– Good Knowledge in Microsoft products (Exchange 2016, 2019, MSOffice, Office365, Windows 7, 8.1 and 10, and Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019)
– CCNA, Cloud will be a plus
– 2-3 years of IT Support experience in the UAE
– Bachelor’s Degree
