– Experienced in HVAC, MEP, Fire Fighting, BMS, CCTV, Painting

– Must be able to get Market price for the materials required for the quotation/job efficiently.

– Attend quickly to emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after work hour calls.

Requirements:
– Available to Join Immediately.
– Minimum 4 years of Experience as FM Supervisor.
– Experience in maintenance of High Rise building will be an added advantage.
– Multitasking.
– Team Management.
