We are Fit-out Company based in JAFZA and currently looking for a Jr. Planning Engineer for our Abu Dhabi project;

Requirements;
· Responsible for preparation of detailed schedule of the project & the required programme updates.
· Monitoring and preparing progress reports by site visits to assess and required update
· Responsible for preparing and developing tender programmes as per requirement
· Preparation of:
· Materials and sub-contractors tracking schedules
· Weekly schedule updates along with monitoring the cash flow and manpower histograms.
· Actual Vs Plan, target and forecast reports
· Resource productivity reports.
· Key performance indication reports
· Liaise with all concerned Engineers, Client and Managers in order to formulate a master plan for the project & required executive reports
· Establish and develop master schedules including procurement schedules
· Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management & subordinates
· Being able to work with one or more teams
· Written and oral communication skills
