We are currently recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager (Female Italian Nationality) in Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi. Preferred candidates – within UAE; Holding a recognized hotel diploma; At least 2 years experience working in the same position within a 4* hotel/5* hotel; Demonstrate detailed knowledge on Food & Beverage and wines. Excellent hands on approach, possesses a strong leadership and highly motivated. Be well versed in administration and financial aspects with strong attention to detail and have good knowledge of Micros Point of Sale System;

Experience with managing and training a multicultural workforce. You must be fluent in English (verbal and written). Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment; Excellent grooming standards.
