We are currently looking for a Head of CRM to manage the group wide CRM operation across all sectors of the business.

You will lead the function designing a CRM and loyalty roadmap that will capture crucial information, the ideal candidate would come from the retail industry with experience of end-to-end full life cycle CRM.

The role demands hands on experience on digital platforms, loyalty programs, conceptualization, retention and insights on market technology.
