Looking for Accounting Assistant
F&B experience is a plus but not a sole requirement.
However, UAE experience and currently in DUBAI is a MUST.

Responsibilities:
- Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments,
- Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
- Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team to optimize workflow.
- Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.
- Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that client accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain cash flows, Preparation of accruals, Prepayment, Intercompany transaction working papers, Cash Salaries, VAT, Cash flows, bank reconciliation, profit, and loss analysis, and posting journal.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients through calls and emails.
Keeping track of all financial processes and reporting on any inefficiency.

A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or similar field with a minimum of 1 year UAE experience working as a financial admin assistant.
