We are looking for Talent Development Manager
Job Location- Dubai
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 years in the area of Learning and Development.
Core Responsibilities-
Training Plan, Programs & Assessments
System, Policies, Cost & Budgeting
New Learning Solutions and Service Provider Identification
Employee Induction, Internship and Sponsorship programs
Cross Functional Support
Intra Department Relationship Management
People Management
Minimum Qualification-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Organizational Development from an accredited institution required.
CIPD or other Professional HR Certification is preferred.
Technical Competencies-
• Proficiency in using HR systems and work applications.
• Strong learning affinity with a personal desire to grow continually.
• Ability to apply “outside the box” and creative new methodologies / approach.
• Excellent facilitation and upskilling skills.
• Excellent organizing and project management skills
• Strong learning affinity with a personal desire to grow continually.
• People oriented and emotionally intelligent.
• Knowledge of Succession Planning processes and methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of competency design and mapping.
• Excellent knowledge of career mapping and planning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
