5+ years of hands-on experience working with analytics and data systems
• Experience in SQL (must-have), SAS (good to have), Python (must-have)
• Business understanding and problem-solving skills are imperative
• Good to moderate spoken and written communication skills to help interact with stakeholders effectively
• Understanding of basic mathematics and statistics, data interpretation and logical reasoning skills are imperative • Very strong relational database structure understanding required
