1) Site Supervisor-2 (Piping & Structural – Mechanical Background)
2) Appointed Person-4 (for Lifting Background)

At least 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas – Onshore/Offshore in UAE
Immediately available
12hrs/day – 7days/week (Offshore)

Job Responsibilities:-

The Appointed Person has operational control of the lift and:

 Is designated as being in charge of planning, coordinating, controlling and executing the lift.
 Selecting the correct crane and accessories for the specific task.
 Prepare the lift plan and ensure the required controls are in place.
 Ensures that the lifting equipment is maintained, examined and appropriate for use.
 Checks that load integrity and stability are satisfactory.
 Ensures that people involved are competent for performing their task, aware of the
 task and procedures to be followed, and aware of their responsibilities.
 Ensure competent supervisor available should the Appointed Person delegate his duties of part thereof to others.
 Ensure all necessary test certificates and other documents are available.
 Ensure all other statutory requirements and any necessary work permits are in place.

Supervisor

 Engineering Diploma or equivalent qualification in respective discipline.
 Minimum 8+ years Oil & Gas Experience
 WMS - PTW trained and approved
 Shall be competent enough to interpret P&ID, Isometrics, GA Drawings and instruct the workforce to carry out the fabrication & installation at site
 He shall be responsible for making the MTO from drawings.
 Estimate manpower, material required, duration and approx. cost for each work package.
 Supervise the contractor’s team during works execution.
 Supervise product application, quality control and plan daily site execution activities.
 Follow up materials, manpower and tools deployment to/from site.
 Identify any special requirements with site prior execution,
 Liaise with the contractor’s procurement staff and COMPANY’s Site Representative Job officer on provision and site mobilization of manpower & material requirement for the planned activities.
 Issue daily progress report and advise concerns / obstacles.
