KGV is looking for Business HR Executive
Location: Dubai
Scope of Management: Leadership and Finance team across all Kings Group companies in UAE
Pay Range: 4000 – 6000 AED per month

Job Description:
Update and Maintain Employee Database
Monitor and collate employee attendance and leave data
Prepare payroll inputs for payroll processing
Handle salary related grievances
Assist in procurement and execution of Medical Insurance for employees
Assist in statutory compliances alignment in payroll related concerns
Disseminate management decisions to employees

Required Experience:
2 years of experience in related field
Graduate/ PG/ Certification in UAE labor laws
Certification in payroll recognized by the UAE – (negotiable)

Desirable Skills:
Hands on Experience in operation of any Attendance and Payroll software
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized, process oriented and has efficient problem solving skills
