Description:
Looking for Facilities Manager, with at least 7 – 10 years of experienced based in Dubai only.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideally Educated to Degree level in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related subjects, or demonstrate such a level of equivalent qualifications and experience.
Experience in Supporting Buildings with complex 24×7 Data centers.

Experience in HVAC, Electrical, UPS and Gensets
Good Communication and presentation Skills • Excellent IT skills, Real Estates Management software (help desks, estates asset data, PPM etc.) and Microsoft office suite (word, excel, project)
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
Must have minimum 7 years of experience with at least 3 yrs of Managerial experience.
