Looking for Hr Officer with 3-5 years of Experience
1.Hiring new joiners in SAP system, giving the
applicable and assigned plant access and time
interface to employee.
2.Handling HR activities such as employee master
data, leave management and time office

management.
3.Final payroll processing, payroll variance and
facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
4.Evaluating leave applications, air ticket eligibility or
reimbursements, soting-out of any discrepancies in
the monthly salary.
4.Maintaining departmental files including personnel
files, general files and payroll information through SAP
system and employee files. validating and providing
overtime summary sheet and reports.Responsible for
medical insurance and bank account opening for new
joiners and changes.
5.preparing certificates, letters, NOC's and other
employee letter requests.
6.facilitating and coordinating HR SAP related
activities and system developments. Evaluating HR
reports as per requirement.
