Eligibility criteria & position responsibilities:

– Lead Performance of 7-10 Clubs
– Meet the requirements both commercially & operationally of your club while providing support to other clubs
– To mentor & develop ACGM/CGM to meet monthly, quarterly, annual budgets forecast, analysis & LFL Growth
– Liaise w/ all departments to maximize opportunities for club growth & success
– Must have an exceptional P&L understanding & have the ability to influence strategy to improve key KPIs within club
– Must have demonstrated the ability to execute strategies successfully
– Must be inspiring & show courageous & bold leadership
– Must be customer-centric & show strategies that have been implemented & executed with positive results
– Demonstrate exceptional Brand & Operations Standard at the existing club
– Demonstrate the ability to drive high levels of performance
– Proven track record of meeting business performance & KPIs
– Track record of developing & nurturing high performing teams
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Ops.
