Sales Manager – Leisure
Minimum 2-year experience
General Duties and Responsibilities :
-Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage
of own portfolio of target accounts and results to
be achieved and maximize targets and maximum
productivity.
-Implement and execute all sales objectives and
action plans to reach and exceed targets.
-Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate
prices with key Travel agents for all markets.
-Promote and produce and convert sales leads
for the hotel in the Leisure FIT and Leisure Group
segments immediately.
-Provide feedback on changing marketing
conditions, including trends in the competition,
because of direct sales solicitation, telephone,
and direct mail in its market areas.
-Initiate and develop long term relationships with
leading tour operators, travel agents and
influential members of the travel industry to
ensure growth in market share and penetration.
-Demonstrate an ability to promote a commercial
business, develop tactical strategies and deliver
presentations to organizations and key
individuals to enhance the hotel's prominence in
the market and grow the business.
-Maintain and develop of producing Tour
Operators/Travel Agents across the GCC regions.
-Monitor and analyze activities and trends of
competitors with the ability to design, develop
and implement strategic sales plans.
-Assist in the creation and analysis of financials
including budgets, forecasting, rates, and pricing
guidelines.
-Represent property at appropriate travel
industry tradeshows, conference, and meetings.
-Participate on the hotel revenue management
team.
-Coordinate special promotional events for key
leisure travel customers and their clients.
