2. High-level of knowledge in Arabic/Mediterranean & International Cuisine
3. 5 years’ experience in the UAE
4. English Proficient
5. Advance knowledge in F&B Principles and Practices
6. Ability to meet deadlines.
Job Description:
1. Designing & establishing new recipes
2. Ensuring and promoting freshness and quality of dishes
3. Menu Planning
4. Selecting and innovating plate presentations
5. Reviewing Staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives.
6. Training kitchen staff from food cooks, food preparation team and dishwashers
7. Monitoring Standard Operating Procedures
8. Obtaining feedback on food service quality
9. Handling customer suggestions and complaints
