Requirements:
• Arabic Speaker, Minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail and sales experience working in specialty coffee
• SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certification or similar preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in a retail store leadership role
• Customer service that is executed in a personal and professional manner
• Demonstrates a passion and enthusiasm for coffee and training others
• Be self-motivated, have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing, including being able to take thorough notes and record observations
• Have a flexible schedule and be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays and related seasonal or themed events
• Be open-minded and have a positive attitude, especially regarding coffee education, preparation techniques, and working with staff from many different backgrounds and with a diverse range of abilities
• Continuously working to improve the training curriculum and expand ways of streamlining the department
