The ideal candidate for this Assistant Head Sommelier position will have:

· A minimum of 3 years experience in similar management role, fine dining would be preferable.
· Certified sommelier or successfully completed equivalent of WSET, Level 3.
· Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
· Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
· Ability to motivate and drive the team.
· Attention to detail with good customer service.
· A team player, pro-active with a can do attitude.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Good command and understanding of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
· Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people.
