In terms of trainer experience and skills we are looking for someone with
CRM training experience
People handling / managing skills
Customer grievance handling
Analytical skills
Solution provider
Measure and analyze KPI's of training classes to offer suggestions to improve curriculum and handover experience
Know your products well
Create and write product training materials and user documentation and guidelines to follow
Build customer trust, and ensure customer satisfaction
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
