We are looking for the following roles:

IFM Technical Manager (Civil)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Building Construction)
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management
• Certificate in Facilities Management and other relevant technical trades (RICS, IFMA) is preferred

IFM Technical Manager (MEP)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical)
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management
• Certificate in Facilities Management and other relevant technical trades (RICS, IFMA) is preferred

IFM technical supervisor (MEP)

• Degree/diploma and completed training relevant to mechanical or electrical assets
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management
• Must have chartered engineering status or a certified engineer in relevant fields

General requirements

• Proficient in English and Arabic
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized

• Flexible to work across the UAE
