Position Title: Asst. Warehouse Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4,250 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is a food manufacturing company that focuses on nuts, dried fruits & spices all over Middle East and Africa

Job Role:
Responsible to lead warehouse operation i.e., inventory handling, Inbound & Outbound ‘issuance to the production, Sales Picking & Put away, GRVs
Check the attendance of staffs
Collect picking list from invoice team and plan for the picking on priority basis
Coordination with production team
Supervision for picking, vehicle loading and offloading
Will handle cycle counts
Distribute picking lists and make sure that orders are ready well on time
Assure that warehouse workers are adhering with safety guidelines of the company.
Assure that warehouse is organized and cleaned all the time and is ready for all the internal and external audits
To report slow moving and absolute inventory monthly
Preparing stock dispose reports
Verify production reports prior sending to the production department for ending the reports
Make sure the FEFO is followed during all the issuance
To set the warehouse for periodic stock counts “happens twice in a year”

Requirements:
Male, 33 years old and below
Open to any nationality
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 2 years of relevant logistic or warehouse experience; Food industry is a must
Must have an experience in managing team of at least 30 staffs
Knowledge of full cycle of warehouse management
Knowledgeable of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience in WMS is preferred
Organized and Proactive with Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in MS office should be particularly good in Ms. Excel
Experience in Warehouse process (Inbound- put away, Storage, inventory Issuance, Local and Export order handling, production issuance, Receiving/Replenishments, GRN, GRV and Dispatches
Experience in handling more than 200 SKUs.
