They are currently hiring Asset Manager for one of their Property management company in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:
10 years’ experience in asset and facilities management managerial roles, with increasing levels of responsibility over career.
Development and Management of CAFM system
Strong reporting and Power BI or other digital dashboard management experience
Proven delivery of results at similar level, particularly around developing and implementing asset strategies and plans, Technology, QHSE, change and cost/value management, life span / cost to maintain analysis.
Detail-oriented with an eye on discrepancies and usual data patters
CAFM data input review, analysis, reports and validation

Educational Qualification:
Master’s Degree (minimum) – Facilities Management, Engineering, Asset Management, Property Management, Business Management, and Contract Management.
