COMMERCIAL MANAGER in Dubai for a leading organization.
Salary – AED 27,000 - AED 30,000 + Family Benefits

Job Role:-
· To support the objective to grow free zone commercial in the next few years and the role is to build new channels of business development for Free zone and manage existing and new accounts in relation to the licensing, new offering and registration
· Drive Commercial activities to convert inbound leads to FZ Licenses
· Provide a personalised service / VIP Journey for the Client and maintain relationships with client to offer more value-added services and ensure retention
· Monitor competitor’s offerings and develop channels partnerships to maximize revenues
· Set operational manuals for Free Zone Commercial Team
· Coordinate on all marketing activities with internal departments
· Develop Reporting Tools with internal departments and develop P&P for Free Zone commercial unit and ensure adoption
· Set internal transition process from Commercial to FZ Registrar to ensure seamless
· Identify more efficient work streams to improve customer management, accuracy of the work delivered and time to respond to leads. Regular Reporting and development of Leads management tools
· Coach and provide support to team members

Work Experience - 8-10 years’ experience in Sales and Customer Relation Management
