The following are required :
1- Civil Estimation Engineer : Minimum Experience 10 years, out of which 6 years in UAE is a must. Have hands of Experience in different types of projects : residential and industrial. Should have a sound technical knowledge in all construction methodologies and materials.
2- Pre contract QS : Minimum experience 3-4 years in UAE is a must. Able to conduct quantity take off dependently. Experience in "Plan swift".
