Location: Dubai, UAE

Age pref: 25 to 35 years old
Nationality: Russian or any russian speaker related countries
Language: English and Russian (basic Arabic is a plus)
Previous Experience: 1 year in a reception or personal assistant role or cashier
Skills:
- Excellent computer skills
- Good knowledge in math
- Cheerful and hospitable personality and appearance
- Ability to work under stress
- Multitasking
-Presentable appearance
- Communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ( 1 hour lunch break)
- Receive customers when they visit the workshop, collect information and enter into the system and handover to service advisor
- Collect fees and invoicing
- Manage and schedule customer appointments
- Contact customers to update them on the status of their service
