Luxury World Key Group is looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and highly motivated individual with proven experience in sales in UAE.
This role will require you to exceed your individual sales targets and to inspire the team to follow. Outdoor/tele sales experience with established contacts with high-end clients and tight connections in event management industry is a must.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to create and manage a successful marketing strategy to generate new leads, present the products and negotiate the best conditions with clients.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Be a trusted advisor to the key accounts
Manage the end-to-end sales process
Requirements:
English-Russian speaker is a must
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in UAE minimum 3 years
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
We provide: salary from 4,500 AED to 6,500 AED + commission. Visa, insurance and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
