Compliance Project Manager /Scrum Master

ROLE PURPOSE and RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a key role of managing compliance projects from the Bank. This role has the responsibility to execute the strategic and regulatory compliance projects for the bank in a multi-jurisdiction environment. As such, it needs an understanding of the bank Compliance domain and project management in both waterfall and agile methodology.
· Implementation experience of SAS AML, Firco components and regulatory compliance solutions for across bank jurisdictions.
· Strong knowledge in Compliance systems (Transaction monitoring, customer screening, transaction screening,)
· Depth knowledge of software life cycle, change management process, risk mitigation, project reporting and stakeholder’s management
· Managing project budget, resource alignment and vendor management
· Experience in both waterfall and agile methodology (like SCRUM)
· Handling multiple projects in a same time, co-ordinate with internal, business stakeholders and vendor
· End to end responsibility of project execution in the committed timeline. Tracking tasks until closure.
