Qualifications
1) A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,

2) Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is advantage.

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) and SAP, Sage.

Job Description
1.Over all Supervision of all operational matters with emphasis on equipment related issues includes inventory control,

2.Ensure timely EDI transmission to terminal all services.

3.Ensuring Prompt updating of all Equipment’s local movements, Loading ,Discharge in the system and tallying.

4.In charge of Detentions, port storage .

5.Sale of Containers.

6.Passing of Ports, Feeders, Vendors bills on time.

7.All coordination with Terminal ,Vessel, Principals, etc on all operational matters.

8.Preparations of Various Operational Reports as per the Management

9. Preparations of Operational Budgets.

10.Overall monitoring all sub agents.

11.Crew Managements.

12.Inward and outward Clarence procedure all types of cargos and Ship.

Experience
Must Have Shipping Line Experiences in UAE 10+ Years

Must have UAE Driving License, Familiar with Local Sea Ports .

Good knowledge in Shipping Line Operations

The Problem Solver, Managing Operations Teams, Keeping proper records
