The Investment Manager works as part of the investment team and is responsible to prepare investment presentations, financial models, and periodic reports to internal stakeholders, in addition to project managing investment / disposal transactions by liaising with external parties such as financial sponsors, consultants, and other stakeholders. The Investment Manager is also responsible to maintain proper records and reports on all investments for the department and train and mentor investment associates and analysts.
