Job Description

· 15+ years of total IT exp , with minimum 10 in security domain
· Project Management experience including people management, project planning and execution, effort estimation, recruiting, quality management.
· Ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
· Experience in setting up and managing SOC technology and operations for large organizations.
· Experience in managing cost and efficiency .
· Managing customer reviews and escalations.
· Experience in interactions and discussions with customer senior management
