Office location: Dubai.

Working hrs: Sat-Thursday. 9.00-18.00

Expertise responsibility but not limited to:

Involve with the recruitment and selection process, including advertising, dealing with Talents, set up and administration of interviews, assessment protocol. Handle the joiners and leavers process
Have experience working with growing organizations and setting up payroll and HR operations and processes.
Support all employees with HR related queries and support needs. Manage employee benefits
Create and maintain HR Policies; Creating Employee Engagement Strategies
Knowledge of UAE labour laws is key


Skills:

Minimum of 5+ years in the similar role in the multinational environment
Bachelor Degree in Business administration or any related field
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
English is a must
Strong organizational and management skills
Knowledge of principles, policies & practices of personnel & HR administration. Experience in all HR Functions.

Remuneration:

Salary as per the employment market and based on candidate skills (Salary is Inclusive of accommodation, transportation allowance)
Paid Annual leave (as per UAE labor law).
