Vacancy - Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative
Location - Dubai.
1-2 years of experience in UAE
· To assist the Centre manager with the onboarding of new clients for both office rental and company formation Services.
· Deliver excellent customer service, at all time.
· Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
· Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
· Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests, clientele, and employees to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and safety.
· Conduct regular pantry supplies and maintenance checks throughout the day and report any purchase request and security issues to Centre Manager.
· Report any maintenance issues immediately to Centre Manager/Operations Manager, including all furniture, fittings, and equipment's.
· Provide reports, as required, for office stationeries and consumables.
