Job Description :

- contact potential or existing customers.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Answer questions about the products and company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Go to the "extra mile" to meet targets and facilitate future sales.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales / customer service role.
- Cool- tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- Outstanding Negotiation skills.
- MS Office and English Proficiency.
