• 5+ years of experience in IT policy and procedure development and performance management is mandatory
• Strong understanding of IT governance, security, compliance, and risk management principles Mandatory
• ITIL certificate mandatory
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a leadership role within the IT department
• Certification in IT policy and performance management (preferred)

The purpose of this job is to perform the following:
• The IT Governance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures align with the organization's overall business objectives and strategies. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures related to IT governance, security, compliance, and risk management.
