Job Description :
-Having the capability and creativity to review concepts, schematic and detailed designs and to solve any design issue by advising a better solution that can be properly implemented on site and still inline with the design intent.
-Having the capability to manage and monitor and lead the drafting process and the drafting technicians, and to be able to monitor productivity and to fix completion milestones.
-Having good knowledge of the Authorities (especially Trakhees) rules and regulations and being responsible for developing all design stages in full compliance with the laws.
-Having ability to provide a hand sketch for any design issue that need to be solved on the spot.
-Having capability to make quick decision without causing any cost impact and time delay with the construction process.
-To have excellent knowledge of any new architectural materials that available in the market and the ability to perform material selection to best suit the Architectural purpose and Authorities' regulations.
-To be able to prepare Architectural details in full consideration of constructability and practicality of works execution as per Al Barari standard practice.
-Lead the coordination with all other design disciplines of Structural, MEP, and others.
-Lead the coordination with the Follow-up team for submissions and obtaining Authorities' approvals and relevant NOCs.
-Being Professional in Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD.

Requirements:
-Degree in Architecture.
-Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a contracting company
-Must have experience in Hotel Resort and High-End Villa projects.
-Advance skills in Autocad, Sketch Up and Photoshop is a must.
