Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Qualifications:
1- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
2- Min. 3 years' experience in high volume manufacturing industry.
3- Strong project management and technical expertise.
4- Ability to read and extract data from drawings.

Job Responsibilities:
1- Manages and coordinates projects from awarding through completion and is responsible for monitoring schedule and driving all activities to achieve project success.
2- Follows up with all departments for the progress of the project.
3- Studies project contracts in detail to understand scope and schedule of deliverables.
4- Assists in preparing the project work plan and time scheduling of project activities.
5- Plans the necessary resources needed for the project.
6- Supervises daily and follows up engineering works related to the project.
7- Follows up with site engineers and construction manager regarding site preparation and the progress of installation and handover any problems faced.
8- Follows up closely with clients to identify their complaints if any and their general satisfaction to the work being done.
9- Coordinates with Finance Department and client regarding invoicing, collections and payments.
10- Supervises the procurement of materials in order to get the material at required time schedule. » Follows up with production planning regarding the fabrication schedule and deadlines.

11- Follows up with production regarding the fabrication of project items.
12- Updates VP Technical on the progress of the project.
13- Follows up with clients on payments and extra work needed.
14- Monitors the project budget and try to reduce expenses and increase project profitability.
15- Coordinates with clients’ representatives regarding schedule of installation and anticipated delays.
16- Monthly reporting on project progress to VP Technical.
17- Attends periodical meeting and follow ups with clients to discuss project progress and requirements.
18- Filing of project correspondence and project documents in project files with proper identification and reference numbers for easy access and reference.
19- Follows all HSE policies and procedures.
