We are looking for a Fitness Trainer who will guide clients on various fitness exercises and use of equipment.

Ultimately, you will help our clients have fun and improve their health through exercise.

Responsibilities

· To maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor

· Oversee completion of exercise routines

· To engage with members, providing fitness and motivational support.

· Track clients’ exercise progress

· Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions

· Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely

· Maintain relevant communication channels with members in order to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued.

· Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed

· Follow safety and hygiene guidelines

· Flexible to travel

· Deliver high quality personal training programs

Requirements

· Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role

· Fitness certificate

· Knowledge of diverse exercises

· Ability to instruct and motivate people

· Excellent communication skills

· Teamwork

· Available to work on early or late shifts and on weekends

· Proven experience of CPR and First Aid
