We are looking to hire Facilities engineer (MEP) to Dubai

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 6 years of experience in field of Facility Management.

Experience in various Systems & Installation in residential and commercial industry.


Core Responsibilities:

Ensure service maintenance in various facilities, which includes Civil, MEP, Landscaping etc. are executed efficiently.
Performing preventive / corrective / routine maintenance in assigned facility.
Directing subordinated/contractors to deliver facility management services including operating systems maintenance, repairs and improvements while providing technical guidance to resolve problems.
Monitoring & controlling activities, ensuring SLA’s & KPI’s are strictly imposed as per established contracts.
Reviewing plans, specification and manuals for compliance with the appropriate service requirements.
Preparing reports and findings of assigned facilities for the higher management.
