Reporting to the Manager, Human Capital, the Senior Officer, Human Capital role is responsible for implementing strategic and operational plans and activities including but not limited to immigration, relocation, onboarding, schooling, housing, payroll and Human Capital (HC) systems to meet MH’s strategic objectives and business requirements. In addition, this role is responsible in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery of operational and administrative activities within HC and providing recommendations to enhance HC Operations.

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related fields

Experience:

At least 4 years of career experience in Human Capital supporting a diverse workforce
