Job Title: “Lead Civil / Structural Engineer”

Job Description
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
Ø Minimum 12 years’ experience in Civil / Structural Discipline Engineering for EPC Projects as Lead EPC role is preferred.

Responsibilities / Authorities (Brief):
Ø Capable to handle and Lead the Team of Civil/Structural Discipline Engineering for EPC Projects.
Ø Civil/structural design & Detail Engineering, analysis including RCC & steel structures in Oil & gas plants, Pits, operator platforms, equipment foundations, aware of sizing & selection methods, Structural Load calculations.
Ø Aware of International standards as ACI, AISC, EURO Codes
Ø Generate/review Civil/structural datasheets, specifications, and detail engineering deliverables for Oil & Gas.
Ø Preparation & Review of Layout Drawings for Cable trenches, Cable Raceways / Earthing / Power / Lighting., providing inputs for these deliverables.
Ø Participate in development and/or review and approval of site procedures and method statements regarding permanent and temporary civil installations.
Ø Participate in meetings, assist with construction activities, Punch lists etc.
Ø Review of Engineering Sub-Contractor deliverables and drawings.
Ø Experience in Brownfield projects Upgrade experience in is preferred.
Ø Participation in Design & detail engineering Workshops.
Ø Vendor document review and co-ordination with construction team.
Ø Review and Preparation of various Engineering Documents associated with various disciplines.
Ø Communication, Coordination, and Interfacing with various Proj Depts.
Ø Monitor Civil Engineering progress and ensure necessary information flow between disciplines to meet project milestone. Contribute and provide Civil engineering professional project status reports.
Ø Experience in Start-up / Commissioning activities.
Ø Gulf Experience preferred.
Ø Shall be available to join on short notice.
Ø Shall work at HO and Site as required.
