We a successful group of retail company, based in Dubai with focus on the trading of premium quality Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Baby Products, E-Commerce and others is looking to hire E-Commerce cum Social Media Manager

Job Role:

Manage overall performance of online platforms and develop relationships with main online marketplace leaders, partners

Collaborate with other team and develop robust online marketing campaigns including acquiring new customers and maximise customers loyalty by innovative marketing tools

Ensure effective SEO practices like programming, debugging, and testing of the online-based activities

Ensure customers satisfaction by monitoring and evaluation of users behaviour, reviewing customer service reports

Prepare and regularly review policies, procedures and ensure compliance to the same

Achieve net profit targets as per budget

Requirements:

Open to Asian nationals

Male, 40 years old and below

Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

At least 5 years of related experience in handling E-commerce platforms like website, mobile apps and other social media for electronics

Excellent communication skills in English

Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritised
