Madison Pearl working alongside a government entity to hire an experienced Debt Collection Department Manager who will ensure the effective monitoring and management of customer billings and customer debts. The Debt Collection Manager will also work alongside and oversee the sales support department.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor customer account payments and customer billings, analyse system reports, and coordinate with the Section Head as required
Investigate and resolve large customer and VIP customer account issues
Oversee, direct, and manage the application of the current and new company rules and regulations regarding the handling of customer billings and payment issues
Review monthly debt and income reports and present to senior management, providing information on key figures, issues, and suggestions for resolution
Review monthly debt, examine the top 20 outstanding debt list, direct and manage the debt recovery process
Review monthly department spend versus budget, identifying areas of over spend and under spend and provide monthly presentation to Customer Services Director
Review Guaranteed Standards (GS) monthly report ensuring adherence to Regulation and Supervision Bureau (RSB) regulations
Key Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
