Currently we are looking for Projects Estimator for Fit-out - Joinery

Job Responsibilities:

Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

Aware of all latest Market prices to give accurate estimates.

Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Prepares special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.
Gathering quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.

Assessing the levels of risk on a project.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any related course
Experience: 4 to 5 years exp. in Interiors & Fit out industries in UAE.
must have a strong knowledge as QS- Quantity Surveyor
Extensive experience in the joinery and fit out industry is a must
Knowledgeable in RFQs, tender and bill of quantity
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills
If shortlisted must be willing to work on 7-days paid trial
