Role -
The person is accountable for collection, analysis and interpretation of data that will help functional heads to take corrective actions and also act as a solution architect in terms of recommending solutions.
Compile data in form of reports and presentations as and when requested by the management.
Support the manager in deriving the action plans for respective teams.
The individual is responsible to review daily survey feeds for customer dissatisfaction and raise concerns and corrective actions to the stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
-2-3 years’ experience preferably in customer experience
