Looking for Relationship Managers. With relevant experience mentioned below to apply.
Duties will include but is not limited to:
Build & improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners
Ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases
Identify potential opportunities
Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services & special offers
Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
Recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations
Oversee CRM system
Skills and requirements:
Bachelor in business administration, marketing or a related field
Three or more years’ experience in customer service, sales or a related position
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to lead & work within a team
Excellent conflict resolution & interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
