Looking for a Male Business Development Executive ( HR Outsourcing & Recruitment Industry)

- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Outsourcing & Recruitment Industry in UAE
- Must have Proven track record of business clousure.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members to close the business deals.
- Must be able to meet the target which is given by the management.
- UAE Driving License is preferable.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Must be able to identify new leads and convert into business.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent MS Office skills, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyse consumer data to optimize sales efforts
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
- Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based CRM system.

Salary : 5000-8000 AED per month + Incentives
