Experience: Must have UAE experience as LCL Operations executive. Should be available in UAE.

Job description:
• Handling Import LCL shipments, creating the EDI Manifest and uploading the same to the Dubai World Portal. Planning Transshipment logistics and effecting the loading of various cargoes to different destinations world-wide
• Interaction with Shipping Lines to obtain Split NOC’s for LCL shipments and linking the Split NOC to the relevant EDI Manifest on Dubai World Portal.
• Issuing of Delivery Orders after collecting proper endorsed documents and payment from the consignees.
• Handling agency correspondence, keeping the load port agents updated with CNTR de-stuffing reports, Delivery status of local Dubai discharge cargoes and Transshipment cargo status along with reports of un-cleared local Dubai shipments and transshipments.
• Handling Forwarding Operations for FCL & CONSOL Containers for Import shipments, creating the relevant import documents and releasing the Exchange Bill of Lading Endorsements to the respective consignees.
• Entering the cost elements of Freight and Import Charges for both FCL & CONSOL shipments, forwarding the Credit & Debit Notes for the respective shipments for both FCL Containers and CONSOL Containers to the respective load port agents.
