Position - HR Organizational Development

Experience - Minimum 10 years in HR and 5 years in a HR generalist/advisory/business partner role for a large corporate

Qualification - Master’s in human resources management or other related fields

Certification - Certification in specializations like organization development, talent management from SHRM / CIPD / GPHR is preferable
